Doc Rock works as a radio host at the pirate radio station “Night Hawk”. The most delicate topic of his program is the so-called Night Slasher, an ultra-brutal serial killer who has the city in suspense. His preferred victims are young, beautiful women, from whom he neatly and while they are still alive, severs their limbs. After their agonizing death, he even turns them into human vases by sticking a long-stemmed rose deep into their throats. Doc refuses to understand why this profoundly evil killer is still on the loose. And so he provokes the police over the airwaves by asking why they can't stop the maniac from slaughtering his next victim.
